Don’t miss tomorrow’s webinar on customer service.
It’s free for GAA members and easy to attend from the comfort of your office, field, or home.

This is the first of four customer service training webinars offered by the Georgia Agritourism Association. Whether you have a robust customer service program and employee training or nothing at all, these webinars should help provide insight to create a customer service program for your operation and training for your employees.

Webinar 1: What is Customer Service and Why is it Important is geared more toward agritourism operators and managers but it may not be a bad idea for employees to watch. It will overview aspects such as:

  • What do customers expect?
  • How can employees influence customer perceptions of their farm visit?
  • Best ways to engage customers
  • Keys to an outstanding customer experience
  • Managing lines – keep them short
  • Checklists, Brands and Signage
  • Surveying for Customer Service satisfaction

You will not want to miss this foundational customer service webinar training. Whether you have long-time, veteran employees or brand new, part-time seasonal workers, everyone will be better with a basic understanding of what customer service is, how they (as employees) can impact your customers, and how they can make someone’s agritourism experience even better.
